How the App Works
The App displays the AJESS Journal website content (ajessjournal.com) inside an in-app WebView. Browsing the journal's articles and pages within the App is subject to the same content and any web-based data handling as visiting the website directly in a browser.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising, including banner and interstitial ads. To manage user consent for advertising and related data processing, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), which presents a consent form to eligible users (for example, users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and other regions where consent is required) before requesting personalized ads.
For the purposes of ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management, Google and its advertising partners / third-party service providers may process certain device- and advertising-related information, such as advertising identifiers, general device information, approximate location, and interaction with ads. Accounts
The App itself does not create or require a user account, and does not ask you to register or log in to use its core functionality.

Aside from the advertising- and consent-related processing described above, and any data handling associated with browsing the AJESS Journal website inside the WebView, the App does not knowingly share additional personal information with other third parties.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or applicable requirements. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
